A poem recently written by a service user:

An Unexpected Family

Before Aftercare

Often I would just sit & stare

Feeling like a freak

Like my issues were unique

Well you know what? Yes they are

All our lives are uniquely bizarre

But we have something so great

That we must celebrate

We are here right now, with one common goal

To regain control, with all of our heart & soul

I believe in each & every one of you

Everything I see is so honest & true

No expectations, neither big nor small

Just remember our motto

All for one and one for all…
